Some hairstyles can be a distraction in school we ask for your support in sending your child to school with an acceptable hairstyle. Likewise, tattoo transfers are also not acceptable.

Valuables

We discourage children from bringing valuable personal possessions to school as damage or loss can cause distress. Wristwatches are allowed (no smart watches of any kind) but any other form of jewellery is discouraged. If your child has pierced ears they may wear studs (no hoops), which should be as small as possible and must be removed or taped up during PE and games, for Health and Safety reasons. Teachers cannot be responsible for the loss of valuable personal items.

Lost Property

Please ensure all items of clothing are clearly marked with your child’s name. The school cannot accommodate unclaimed lost property indefinitely. Items which are not claimed within two weeks will be disposed of. Children are responsible for looking after their personal property within school hours.
